Delivery times are estimated at 1-3 working days by Royal Mail, and 1-2 working days by UK Mail for mainland UK addresses. Items ordered after 3pm Friday or over a weekend will be dispatched Monday. Items dispatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. The Bristol Camper Company is constantly updated to keep pace with changes in our stock, but demand is high and we occasionally run out of popular items. If we have run out of stock and can’t dispatch your order the next working day, we’ll email or phone you with a revised dispatch date. You can then either accept the revised dispatch date or cancel the order. Please note, shipping times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. A signature is required for ALL orders delivered by UK Mail, and TNT. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm on a working day. Please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for, like your place of work, a neighbour, or a relative.
Please remember, even with Royal Mail deliveries, that any items which are too large to fit through your letter box will need someone to be available to receive the delivery. If the item cannot be delivered, you will be carded and given the option of either a re-delivery or you can collect your parcel from your local post office depot.
Sometimes we have packaged the products separately, and some products get delivered quicker than others. You should receive your whole order within 5 working business days . If you have not receive the whole of your order, please give us a call on 01275 340 170 or alternatively email us on email@example.com and we will try and track down your parcel for you.
All goods are carefully packaged before dispatch. However, accidents do happen. If your order is damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately, Any claim for goods damaged in transit MUST be made within 48 hours of delivery.
In the highly unlikely event of being sent faulty goods please return the goods to the above address with a description of the faults. Where goods have been returned faulty within 14 days after purchase we will provide a full refund.
Refunds will be made within 30 days and in the same form as the original charge (cheque/cash/credit/debit card).
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
We will be happy to exchange any items you are not completely satisfied with providing they are returned to us within 30 days of delivery.
